Our website is built, hosted, and maintained by Concrete Authority, our website and marketing service provider. Concrete Authority stores the information you submit through this site on our behalf so we can respond to you and keep a reliable record of your request.

What we collect

When you request an estimate, use the instant estimate tool, or send us a message, you give us:

• Your name and contact details: your phone number and, if you provide it, your email address.
• Your project details: the service you are interested in, the project location or area, and any notes you choose to add.
• Your instant estimate answers: if you use the instant estimate tool, the project type, approximate size, and options you select, which we use to show you a ballpark range and prepare for your estimate.

To protect the forms on this site from bots and abuse, supported submissions may be checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly bot-detection service. Basic technical signals such as your IP address are also used for security and rate limiting. Rate-limit records are stored in a one-way hashed form and are automatically deleted after a short period. These signals are used for security only, never for advertising.

How we use it

We use the information above to:

• Prepare your estimate and follow up about your project.
• Contact you by phone or email to confirm details, answer questions, and schedule work.
• Keep the forms on this site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

That is the full list. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers, marketplaces, or data brokers.

Where your information is stored

Submissions from this site are stored in Concrete Authority's central database on our behalf. Concrete Authority acts as our service provider for this data: it stores and delivers your information to us and does not use it for its own marketing or sell it. Limited recovery records may be kept when a submission cannot be matched to the correct customer site.

Marketing emails and your consent

Our forms include one optional marketing checkbox. It is unchecked by default, it is email-only, and leaving it unchecked never affects your estimate or our response. If you check it, we keep a record of the exact wording you agreed to and when, so your choice is documented. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honored. Transactional messages about your request (such as a reply or a confirmation) are not marketing and do not depend on that checkbox.
